Estate Maintenance and Improvement Services
Priced individually of course, includes:
• lawn mowing, lawn applications (per site and goals)
• weeding and week pre-emergence control
• garden edging, mulching, fall-spring cleanup
• tree and shrub pruning, deer protection
• exterior window annual cleaning
• snow removal, supply firewood
Some additional services could be spraying plants, mildew removal on house or other personal needs.
Additional Necessary 'Correction' Work and Basics
• transplanting or removal of old plants and trees
• stonework repair and correction
• renovating existing walls, walks, patios, steps, masonry or old
 fieldstone walls.
• tree removals, chipper service, bucket truck service (subcontracted),
stump grinding
• drainage/piping, driveway repair (gravel, peastone; asphalt
subcontracted)
• minor exterior painting and prep work of woodwork in yard and on
house/outbuilding.
Improvements - Design/Build Projects
• consultation/discussion on certain goals
• design for gardens, stonework, placement of structural features,
night lights, water features, boulders, theme gardens, etc.
• installation of all designed work
• estimates for all work are free
• design work is priced on per job basis
• qualified consultation on how to prioritize and accomplish
long term goals
